Kingfisher Champions of the Day Contest Terms and Conditions

1. This contest is open to all Indian nationals of legal drinking age residing in India, except the employees, relatives & family members of United Breweries Limited (United Breweries) as well as related agencies, other sponsor companies & their subsidiaries.
2. This contest commences on 7th October, 2009 and shall be valid thru 23rd October, 2009, till 2030 hours (both days inclusive).
3. To participate in the contest, the Participants need to register with Kingfisher World, Facebook or Twitter and log on to the contest page to answer the contest question by choosing two players everyday from the 3 teams sponsored by United Breweries Ltd.
4. Participants can participate as many times as they desire.
5. The contest winners would be declared by United Breweries on a daily basis and one grand prize at the end of the contest. The winners would be decided on the basis of the highest points scored by the players chosen by the participant on a daily and aggregate basis. If there are multiple eligible entries, the winners will be selected on a random basis by a computer.
6. Mere participation in the contest by sending entries does not entitle the participant a prize.
7. The decision of United Breweries as regards eligibility to win the prize in this contest will be final and binding.
8. In addition to these general terms & conditions, the participants shall also be governed by other conditions specific to the contest, as may be imposed. In case of any such additional conditions are imposed; the same will be displayed on the website www.kingfisherworld.com.
9. United Breweries reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this contest at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any person or entity for any such modification, discontinuation or termination. United Breweries will in no event be liable for any damages – direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential arising out of the use of, or payments based on information contained in the contest.
10. Winners will be directly contacted by United Breweries.
11. Prizes are neither transferable, nor en-cashable or exchangeable.
12. Each participant consents to the use of information supplied by the participant in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the participant, by United Breweries and their affiliates.
13. These Terms & Conditions of the contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this offer.
