Terms and Conditions for KINGFISHER online and SMS/mobile contests

1. You should be 18 years or of legal drinking age in your country / state / city
2. You should be a resident of India for all local and/or national conducted contests
3. By participating in the contest, you consent to communicate with us electronically and receive messages from us or contest partner
4. We or our contest partner will not be responsible for non-delivery of response messages arising out of network congestion at the operator's end
5. Successful winners will be contacted by contest partners or us and will be informed about their status
6. All disputes arising out of the contest service will be settled in Bangalore or in the contest partner’s city
7. When you send SMS, E-mail to us or contest partner in regards to use of the service, you are communicating electronically
8. Employees of UB Ltd. or its contest partners, their associates or any family member/relative are not eligible to participate in the contest
